Afghanistan High-Level Delegation Meets the Prime Minister of Czech Republic

The Afghanistan High-Level Delegation, headed by Mr. Nisar Ahmad Ghoryani, Minister of Industry and Commerce, who has attended the first meeting of the Afghanistan-Czech Republic-Slovakia Trade-Investment Forum in Prague, met with Mr. Andrej Babiš, Prime Minister of the Czech Republic, and spoke on the expansion of economic, industrial, trade, agriculture production and investment opportunities in Afghanistan for Czech investors.

During the meeting, Mr. Andre Babis also assured about the continuation of the Czech Republic's economic cooperation with the Government of the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan and supports the process of expanding trade-investment relations between the two countries.

At the meeting of the Afghanistan-Czech Republic-Slovakia Business-Investment Forum, the Government of Islamic Republic of Afghanistan shared investment opportunities and facilities in the industrial, mining, and agricultural sectors with Czech and Slovak investors, and investors from both countries expressed their interest to invest in Afghanistan.
