Walnut production development and export conference held in Nuristan Province;

Following the President's direction to pursue government commitments and holding the Walnut production and export conference, Honored Mr. Ajmal Hamid Abdul Rahimzai Deputy Minister of Trade affairs of Ministry of Industry and Commerce today on Sept, 08, 2019 spearheaded a high ranking government officials visit to Nuristan Province.

At this visit, the deputies of the Ministries of Economy, Agriculture, Energy and Water, the Environment Department and various departments of office of chief of staff for the President representatives were also attended, in pursuit of government commitments to Nuristan, listening to people's problems and suggestions and holding an information conference on the development of production and export of walnut and other related issues were conversed as well.

Mr. Abdul Rahimzai on behalf of the accompanying delegation, first met with the governor and other authorities of Nuristan province and later attended a conference on information under the name of Production Development and Export of Walnut and discussed the importance of the conference, export promotion, trade facilitation, Agricultural products and merchandises marketing, private sector support, trade routes and other comprehensive information were conversed.
